This page lists third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that process personal information on myodo’s behalf when providing the Service. The list supplements Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement for fleet customers.
We will update this page when we engage a new subprocessor that processes personal information. Material changes are described in our Privacy Policy.

SendGrid is a Twilio company; both email and SMS are provided under the Twilio corporate entity. SMS notifications are marked (planned) and will be active on a future release.
Tier 1 subprocessors are subject to enhanced notice and objection rights under our fleet Data Processing Agreement. Tier 2 subprocessors are authorized under the general subprocessor terms in that agreement.
